Pluto IS still a planet. The big fat nothings are the 424 members (out of 10,000) of the International Astronomical Union that made this ridiculous decision. Only four percent voted and most are not planetary scientists. Their decision was immediately opposed in a formal petition by hundreds of professional astronomers led by New Horizons Principal Investigator Dr. Alan Stern.
Don't blame the other planets or any of the other 6.8 billion people on Earth for something this tiny bunch of nothings tried to do. And they failed, as the debate continues.
